Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the first female who has won CrossFit Games in two consecutive seasons. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir is a Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete and media celebrity. She became famous for becoming the first woman to have won two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012 She is also known for having won Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was born in and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents as well as her siblings. As a kid, she's been a competitive athlete and fitness fanatic. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir competed in the CrossFit competition in California. Annie Thorisdottir is expected to turn 31 by 2021. Her height is about 5'7 and she weighs 67 kilograms. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit classes in California at the age of 2009. She was successful in her first competitions and finished in the top 10 in the rankings. However, she was unable to win any awards and ended up 11th on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. That same year, with Jami's guidance, she took home the silver medal in the CrossFit Games. In her second year of competition that she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her impressive performance she was the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of her first CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman who won the two CrossFit Games consecutively. Silver medals were awarded in 2014; and in 2021, she won a Bronze medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and instructor at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie is getting recognition for her athletic skills, has appeared in advertisements of athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs as well as other. Her own Youtube channel called "Annie" and has more than 1000 subscribers. It is the channel where she shares videos about eating habits, parenting as well as travel.
